I had watched House this morning and at the very end, the intro to a song was playing and it sounded very familiar, but I couldn’t place it. I asked my dad to listen to it and he had heard it before, but he couldn’t place it either. So I turned to the internet.

The google search that finally prevailed was that song at the end of house 4 9. My father laughs at me. Yahoo Answers had it. It’s a song called Spirit in the Sky by Norman Greenbaum (youtube video of the song paired with footage of Monument Valley).
